Community Clubhouse

The clubhouse is for rentals only and is not open to the public. The capacity of the clubhouse is 84 people. If you would like to rent the facility, please contact management or go to the documents section of this website, pull the appropriate paperwork and submit them in to management. Please note: Reservations are on a first-come first-serve basis and will not be completley reserved until all paperwork and funds are received. 

Clubhouse Fees: $25 for the first 4 hours, $10 each additional hour up to $50 for the whole day. 

Hours available for rentals: 10am-Midnight
